COMMERCIAL & AGRICULTURAL DRAFTSPERSON / PROJECT COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY

Applicants must be able to prepare construction drawings, material take offs, work with sub-contractors on drawings and design, as well as work with in-house sales personnel, estimators, project superintendents and construction crew leaders on construction requirements. Required Experience: Requires the knowledge and use of Auto Cad. This position requires strong working knowledge of building materials and construction methods and standards. Knowledge and experience with concrete, steel and wood building materials is needed. Required Education: A degree in Construction Management, minimum 2 years Project Supervisor or equivalent experience, Structural Engineering and/or Structural Drafting is beneficial.
