Position Summary

Plan, direct, coordinate, and/or budget, directly or through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, quality and craftsmanship, safety, and general implementation. Management of construction projects for the company to include: review of plans with sales, drafting, safety, site preparation, maintain relations with owners/customers, supervision of field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, etc. Role objective is to achieve 100% client satisfaction, high project quality, excellent job site efficiency and safety, and job profitability.

Supervise daily activity of crew leaders on active projects assigned.  Develop and report to Construction Operations Manager manpower and equipment requirements for projects in advance of need.

Required Education

  • A degree in Building Construction or Construction Management is preferred.
